[Belle is quite pleased when she wakes up and sees the bright white-ness of snow falling outside her window. Despite the cold she's always loved this time of year when the snow comes and covers everything and the lakes ice up. There's a simple beauty to it that she's always favored. Plus snow is very fun to play with.

So she wasts no time in getting out of bed and dressing in her warmest of clothes before hurrying outside to enjoy the weather. Anyone passing by House 17 will most likely catch Belle during one of the following activities: building a snowman, making snow angels, or engaging people in a good old fashioned snow ball fight. Anyone who is up for a little fun in the snow is more then welcome to join her.

Later in the afternoon she'll pull out her journal and dictate a quick message for the village.]

Hello Luceti. I'm sure everyone has noticed that the snow has started falling by now. It has made me wonder what sort of seasonal activities others enjoy the most. Personally I quite enjoy playing in the snow, making snowballs or snow-people. So my question is, what sort of activities to you enjoy the most this time of year?

[Oh. Oh, well if that's how she likes it, then, well... he's just going to pick up some of this snow and make a snowball himself, yes... only it will be much bigger... so much bigger that she will be sorry she did that.]

[And while he's busy making that big snowball, she'll make another smaller one and throw it at his shoulder before ducking behind a nearby tree.]

[Alright, now the ball is ready so he's going to lift it up and... wait, what just hit him in the shoulder? He searches for the source and spots the tail end of Belle slipping behind the tree just as he unintentionally drops the giant snowball - Dieu that is cold! Oh you're going to get it Belle...]

[She peeks around the tree just in time to see him drop the snowball and laughs out loud before she can stop herself. If he hadn't already known where she was before, he would now.]

[He heard that, Belle, and he is coming after you, growling slightly but clearly not seriously upset. Scooping up some snow in his paws, he quickly traipses toward that tree, hurling a ball at his target once he thinks he's close enough.]

[The snowball nearly misses her shoulder completely as she crouches down and tries to move out of the way.]

[What? That was perfect aim! Fine, he'll try again, crouching down to make a slightly larger and more packed snowball.]

[Once again, smaller snowballs are faster to make, so enjoy having another one coming right at you.]

[Poof! Right in the face! Brrrr... now he is very cold. Cold.

Alright. Belle, he's just running after you now with an pawful of snow and semi-playful, shiver-inducing growls.]

[She runs, grabbing up a handful of her dress as she goes for easier movement. But as she glances back at Beast she misses the snowy tree root sticking up out of the ground and trips face-first into the snow.]

[Beast's face drops at lightning speed and he hurries over to Belle, crouching down with his paws outstretched in case he needs to...] B-Belle?! Are you alright?

[She appears to struggle to get up. Her hands shape into fists in the snow as she slowly pushes up and turns and...tosses a handful of snow at Beast.]

Oops. [She smiles.] I'm fine, Beast. I don't think I hurt anything.

[He bends down lower, getting his face closer so he can observe her better... only to get more snow on that very face. Welp. Good job, Belle, you win.]

[But instead of reacting to that, he is going to help her stand up anyway, gently taking her hands in his as he continues to examine her movement in the process. Then he raises his head to look her in the eyes.] Are you... sure?

[She shifts her weight from foot to foot once she's back on her feet. Nothing hurts or feels injured.]

Yes. I'm fine. I just need to be more careful when I'm running I suppose.

[He continues to gaze at her with a hint of concern and subconsciously squeezes her hands with his paws.

Oh right, this is a little awkward. Quickly letting go of her and flipping his cloak around to cover himself better.]

Y-you, uh, should, watch wh-where you step.

[She absently brushes snow off her dress, watching him from the corner of her eye. She almost feels sorry for worrying him, even though it was only an accident.]

Yes, I should have. Especially with the snow so slippery.

[He crouches down to feel the snow in his paws, back slightly turned from Belle.] At... at least you... d-didn't get hurt.

[She smiles.]

That is very fortunate indeed.

[He gives her a small nod of gratitude.

But what is even more fortunate? Beast suddenly turning around to throw a newly-made snowball in Belle's direction.]

[The snowball hits her before she can properly react. Leaving her standing still as it hits her head-on in the face.

Slowly, she wipes the cold frost out of her eyes and blinks at him. Then her face sets in coll determination and she quickly grabs a handful of snow and throws it at him in return.]

[His face quickly reflects concern toward Belle's little reaction, but then he anticipates her move as her expression change and shifts just enough that the snow merely grazes over his shoulder.

Realising this, a smirk crawls onto his face and he calls back proudly:] Ha!
